# David Broe

President & Chief Operating Officer

David Broe is the COO and co-founder of Overhaul, the only device and data-agnostic supply chain visibility and security solution, and the global leader in in-transit risk management. David has operated in the supply chain tech industry for the last 18 years with experience across general management, finance, and M&A roles for market leaders, including FreightWatch and Sensitech.

Prior to his years in supply chain technology, David worked for Bank of Scotland as a commercial lender. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College Dublin and master’s degree from University College Dublin. David resides in Blackrock, Co. Louth.
