No. Receivers scan the QR code and access the Bill of Lading through a secure web page. No app downloads, user accounts, or system access are required.

### How is proof of delivery captured?
At delivery, the receiver uploads proof of delivery through the secure QR link while within the delivery location geofence. The POD is automatically linked to the original Bill of Lading in the same shipment record.
