Ms. Marks is currently focused on the Life Sciences and Food Supply Chains driving commercial and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by aligning customer feedback to product, marketing, and sales to accelerate customer adoption and value. Overhaul is focused on providing proactive monitoring and insights of global shipments with temperature sensitive logistics, quality and security. Cold Chain Risk and Asset Management solutions are IoT device agonistic, utilizing AI predictive risk scoring to prevent escalation of logistics and security events, automating handling and repeatable decisions, designed to meet GxP requirements with comprehensive documentation, and support additional options for human in the loop risk oversight to ensure efficiency, quality and simplified, yet tailored management by exception.

Ms. Marks has 20+ years in SaaS and DaaS commercial activities in Life Sciences and the Software industry, along with experience as a management consulting, redesigning business processes with client reengineering teams in Health Care and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Overhaul, Ms. Marks worked for 10+ years in commercial and go-to-market strategy for Life Sciences focused on IoT cold chain solutions at Sensitech. Ms. Marks holds a B.A. in Economics from Colby College and an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
